A little About Me
I don’t believe real estate should be about pushing someone to buy or sell. Sometimes buying makes sense. Sometimes waiting makes more sense. My job is to help you look at the whole picture and make a decision that works for you.
I tend to ask a lot of questions. What are you really trying to accomplish? What matters to you now, and what might matter a few years from now? What are the risks or trade-offs we may be overlooking?
My background is in technology, business consulting, and real estate, so I naturally approach things from both an analytical and practical point of view. I like to understand the problem first before jumping into a solution.
I’m also pretty straightforward. If I see something that concerns me, I’ll tell you. If I think there’s a better option, I’ll bring it up. You may not always hear what you expected, but you’ll always know what I genuinely think.
Beyond Work
I’ve always been a curious person. I like learning new things, trying things I’ve never done before, and having conversations that go a little deeper than small talk.
I grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, so being around different cultures, languages, and perspectives has always been a natural part of my life. I speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Malay, which has also allowed me to connect with people and families from different backgrounds.
I’m independent, analytical, and pretty straightforward, but I also have a creative side that has followed me throughout my life. Over the years, I’ve explored everything from technology and business to fashion, dance, real estate, and content creation. I don’t think we have to fit neatly into one title or stay on one path forever.
Outside of work, I enjoy good food and wine, driving my stick-shift car on a winding road, traveling, meeting people from different backgrounds, and occasionally saying yes to something completely new just for the experience.
Life has changed my definition of success over the years. These days, I value freedom, meaningful relationships, interesting experiences, and having the space to keep learning and evolving.
